This document contains the Terms of use and protection of user data.

This document has been prepared in accordance with the requirements for applications published in Google Play Store and Terms of the user's information processing:

1. USER DATA

1.1. User data is information about smartwatch and smartphone (model name, OS version, custom colors, battery levels, steps counter) - hardware data.
1.2. Watch face application used ONLY amount numbers missed calls and SMS-messages. Any contacts data or SMS-messages content watch face application NOT READ, NOT USED and NOT TRANSFERED!


2.  DATA PRIVACY

2.1. All hardware data used only inside RealityLabs.
2.2. Nobody except Reality Labs does HAVE ACCESS to user data.
2.3. No data is transferred to a third party or third parties.
2.4. Under no circunstances will the user data published! 


3. USING USER DATA

3.1. User data is used to:
  1) display information about the smartphone's battery charge;
  2) display information about total number of missed calls;
  3) display information about total number of missed SMS;
  4) improve application configuration watch face(s);
  5) for common statistics on the watches models, forms dials, preferred custom colors.


4.  DATA TRANSFER

4.1. Processing and transfer of hardware data are carried out safely, using modern encryption (HTTPS protocol).
4.2. The data is transmitted once per day.


5. CHANGES TO OUR POLICY

5.1. We may update this policy from time to time, so please review it frequently. Your continued use of our products means you accept the changes. Once you accept this policy, we will not enforce future changes we deem in good faith to be material absent your express agreement to the changed terms. If you are asked to affirmatively accept material changes to this policy and you decline to do so, you may not be able to continue to use the product provided.
